Return and Refund Policy

All deposits and payments made to BLOOM Global Travel Experiences are final and non-refundable. Our tour pricing is based on contracted group rates and advance commitments made for transportation, accommodations, activities, meals, and other travel services on behalf of the group.


Travel insurance is included with your tour package and may provide coverage for certain eligible cancellations, interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances, subject to the insurance provider’s terms, conditions, exclusions, and coverage limits.


By submitting a deposit or payment, travelers acknowledge and agree to BLOOM Global Travel Experiences’ refund and cancellation policy.
